Gut Healing Green Smoothie

Fall is full of delicious rich meals and sweets (hello Halloween candy and pumpkin pie!). This smoothie was designed to give your gut a break from all the treats and load up on healing vegetables!

We worked with a dietitian to create this delicious and nutritious smoothie:


1 1/4 cups Water (cold)

1 cup Kale Leaves

1/4 Avocado (peeled and pit removed)

1/2 Banana (frozen)

1 1/2 tsps Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed

2 tbsps Hemp Seeds

1 tbsp Maple Syrup


Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
